Shipping Policy

Most of our items are custom-made when you place your order. Therefore, our turnaround time is 14-21 business days. This does not include shipping time. We do our best to get your items out as soon as possible but please keep in mind our products are handmade to order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Outside of damages and exchanges, we do not accept returns at this time.

Refunds

As all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of placing your order. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@jaxandjacecustoms.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new item in exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
